President and CEO
Michael Dinkins is a finance industry veteran of more than 40 years. He founded Dinkins Financial in 2017 as president and chief executive officer. The company’s mission is to help small business owners gain access to capital to advance and grow their businesses.
Qualified as a financial expert under New York Stock Exchange requirements, Michael has closed more than 20 debt or equity (IPO and secondary) financings, and built a solid track record in guiding companies through mergers and acquisitions. His career began at General Electric (NYSE:GE), where he served for 17 years in several financial roles. His service to GE included five years with GE Capital, where he managed capital lending and also earned the GE Black Achiever in Industry Award and the GE Capital Pinnacle Award. Michael went on to serve as chief financial officer for five different public and privately owned companies, the most recent being Integer Holdings Corporation (NYSE:ITGR), from which he retired in 2017.
Michael is a past member of the board of directors of three publicly traded companies. He currently serves on the board of Community Health Systems (NYSE:CYH), Crane Co. (NYSE:CR), the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) - where he also chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee - and Taylor Electric Company, a privately owned electrical contracting firm.
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University and graduated with honors from GE’s renowned Financial Management Program, where he served as an instructor for five years. He also obtained CPA and CMA certifications.
Currently an elder and Sunday school teacher at Rockbridge Church in Allen, Texas, Michael is a past board member of Feed the Children (Oklahoma City, Okla.), The Boys & Girls Club of Collin County (Frisco, Texas), and People of the Way Prison Ministries (Cleveland, Ohio).
Randall J. Lewis

Randall Lewis is the founder of Exodus Commercial Capital and has served as its president and chief executive officer since the company’s founding in 2013. He has more than 25 years of financial services experience with Fortune 50 companies, such as GE Capital, Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC) and Anthem (NYSE:ANTM).
Randall has held various executive leadership roles in finance and operations, including executive vice president and chief compliance officer, executive vice president and chief auditor, managing director of Corporate Development, chief financial officer of Consumer Financial Services, senior vice president of Operations, manager of Finance for Residential Construction Lending, and analyst.
Randall has closed multiple financial services acquisitions totaling more than $2 billion, representing equipment leasing, accounts receivable factoring, community banking, commercial real estate brokerage, retail brokerage companies and credit card portfolios. He also assisted in the closing of a $75 million debtor-in-possession finance facility for a national homebuilder.
Randall also served as CEO for a start-up logistics firm that sold to a Fortune 500 company. He understands the challenges associated with growing a business and obtaining targeted capital solutions.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree in General Management/Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Purdue University. He also earned his CPA certification and completed GE’s renowned Financial Management Program. Randall was also the recipient of Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management Business Leadership Award.

David Pack is founder, president and chief executive officer of Trinity Financial Consulting. A 30-year veteran of the commercial business development and financing industries, David established Trinity Financial Consulting in 2015 to assist nonprofit, religious and for-profit organizations with financial planning and capital lending solutions to meet growth and advancement goals.
Having managed nearly $5 billion in lending transactions, David possesses a wealth of experience in advising, counseling and providing financing solutions. His expertise spans many sectors, including privately held businesses, K-12 school corporations, early education and childcare facilities, nonprofit and religious organizations – and multiple industries, including manufacturing, architecture and planning, real estate development, automotive, RV and marine dealerships, trucking and logistics, fast casual restaurants, pharmaceuticals, chemical distribution, commercial general construction and engineering.
Prior to launching Trinity Financial Consulting, David held multiple leadership roles in the financial services industry. With Fifth Third Bank for 13 years, he served as senior analyst, vice president and market president, and was also lead mentor for the Young Banker’s Club. At Daimler Chrysler Financial Services, he served as dealer relations manager for 14 years.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana State University. He also attended the Indiana Military Officer Candidate school and was a commissioned officer in the United States Army for eight of his 14 years in the military. David is a past member of the board of directors for Gametime Sports. He currently serves as a student mentor for the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township, Indianapolis.
